General Shipping Information
Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution center in 1‐2 business days. Exceptions include customized items, special order items, advanced order items, and out of stock items.
Customers will receive a USPS, UPS®, or FedEx tracking number updated in their account and/or via email and text. You may also obtain your shipping information by calling our customer service department at 470-228-8058. You may also receive updated shipping/order information by clicking on the "Chat with Us" icon/logo via the main website page, or visiting the Order Tracking page.
Business days are Monday‐Friday, excluding U.S. State and Federal holidays.
APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and may require additional time for delivery.
